This is Vista Blues. Im new to Deviantart but have been making visual styles for myself and since i have been searching and doing alot of reading on Deviant, I thought I should join and give back to the community that has made my computer fun again. So here is my skin I have made for those people that like Vista's style but are not ready to switch. Me.... my computer cant run vista yet, so that is why I have the Vista Blues!
